Samsung Galaxy A51 on the other hand from the Galaxy A-series was released in December 2019 with its price being €277.00 still on Amazon. It comes with sensors like Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
Both android phones run on Android 10.0. While Redmi Note 9 comes with MIUI 11 skin, the Samsung Galaxy A51 comes with One UI 2 that provides smooth operation of the device. The USB, radio and Bluetooth features are alike as they come with an Infrared port, USB 2.0 Type C, Radio with recording, and Bluetooth 5.0.

In terms of display, the Redmi Note 9 comes with a 6.53 inches size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The screen of the device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 while the Galaxy A51 comes with a big screen of a 6.5 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The Samsung Galaxy A51 seems to be on top for Camera features as it comes with a 48 MP (wide) + 12 MP (ultrawide) + 5 MP (wide) dedicated macro camera + 5 MP depth sensor on the rear side also with a front camera that is 32 MP (wide) for clicking super selfies and recording videos with 1080p at 30fps. With the variations listed above, one can’t really say if the Redmi Note 9 is better than the Samsung Galaxy A51 or vice versa. Although, there are more features to be considered like the Dimension which is 162.3 x 77.2 x 8.9 mm for the Redmi and 158.5 x 73.6 x 7.9 mm for the A51.

Their hardware quite differs as the Redmi Note 9 CPU is an Octa-core 2.0 GHz GP with Mali-G52 MC2. The Galaxy A51 CPU is an Octa-core 4×2.3 GHz Cortex-A73 + 4×1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 GPU with Mali-G72. Both phones have the 4G LTE data feature with the Redmi including a (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41) range and No 5G NR Bands. The speed for the A51 is HSPA, LTE-A and for the Redmi HSPA 42.2/5.76 Mbps, LTE-A.
Galaxy Note 9 is available in different colours like Forest Green, Midnight Grey, and Polar White. There are also various colours available for the A51 such as Prism, Crush Black, White, Blue, and Pink.
When it comes to comparisons of products, it is always difficult knowing which works best and which is better. Between the Xiaomi Note 9 and the Samsung Galaxy A51 and knowing if the Redmi is better than the A51 one would have to look at the similarities, offers, projection and of course the price. In the end, it depends on the individual choosing which one goes for them.
